Privacy Policy
Reppo Timer · last updated 9 October 2026
Reppo Timer collects nothing about you, has no server of its own, and has no account to create. There is no analytics or tracking of any kind.
What the app stores
Your routines — their names, blocks, durations and round counts — are saved on your device, in the app's own storage. Your preferences (sound on or off, cue volume, haptic intensity) are saved the same way. Nothing else is recorded.
Syncing between your devices
If you are signed in to iCloud and have iCloud Drive enabled, Reppo Timer mirrors your routines through Apple's iCloud key-value storage so your iPhone and Apple Watch stay in step. That data goes to your iCloud account, governed by Apple's privacy policy. The developer cannot read it and receives no copy. If you are not signed in to iCloud, the app works exactly as well and simply keeps everything on the one device.
Health data
With your permission, Reppo Timer saves each completed session to Apple Health as a workout, so it counts toward your Activity rings. On Apple Watch it also reads heart rate and active energy during a session so the summary and your rings reflect what you did.
This data stays in your own Health store on your own device. It is never transmitted anywhere and the developer never sees it. If you decline Health permission, the timer still works in full — only the saved workout record is skipped.
What the app never does
- No server of ours, and no data sent to us — ever
- No network requests of its own. Two Apple services act on your behalf: iCloud, to sync your routines between your own devices, and the App Store, if you buy Reppo Pro. Both are between you and Apple; we receive nothing from either
- No analytics, telemetry, crash reporting or usage tracking
- No advertising, no advertising identifier, no third-party SDKs that collect anything
- No tracking across apps or websites, so no App Tracking Transparency prompt
- No location, no contacts, no photos, no microphone
Deleting your data
Deleting a routine in the app deletes it everywhere your routines sync. Deleting the app itself removes what is stored on that device; the copy held in your own iCloud account may persist, which is what lets a reinstall bring your routines back. To clear that copy, delete your routines in the app before removing it, or manage the app's iCloud data from Settings on your device. Workouts already written to Apple Health belong to your Health store and can be deleted in the Health app.
Buying Reppo Pro
Reppo Pro is a one-time purchase handled entirely by Apple's App Store. The purchase is recorded against your Apple Account, and the app checks it on your device. We never see your name, your payment details, or any part of the transaction — we receive only anonymous, aggregated sales totals from Apple, the same as any developer.
Children
Reppo Timer is not directed at children and collects no personal information from anyone, of any age.
Changes
If this policy ever changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new date. Any change that affected what the app collects would also be described in the app's release notes.
